GlobalATM™ Refunds and Returns Refunds
All refunds are subject to the policies of the store where the item was purchased. The cardholder should have their GlobalATM™ Card and the store receipt in order to complete the return transaction. Funds to be credited back onto a customer's GlobalATM™ Card may take three to seven business days to process. If the customer does not have their card or if their card has expired, follow your store policy for handling the customer's credit.

Returns and Voided Transactions
You can void a purchase on a GlobalATM™ Card as you would any other Debit Card transaction. Inform the customer that the credit refund may take three to seven business days to be available on their card.

If we change the Global Payment Solution Refunds and Returns Statement, we may not post the changes here before they go into effect. If the changes include the addition of rights to automatically collect, use, or store personally identifiable information - we will first obtain your permission before collecting, using, or storing such personally identifiable information.
